yeah i will email yall a copy just as soon as i my a copy of the original. the original copy i gave to telly so now i have to take tha film and reprint that one picture. no biggie! but i will email it to yall kats. peace!

No, it didn't just start! I made up that crew about 18 years ago. Me and Telly put it up for a minute around 1986 or 1987.
I was trippin when I was lookin through here and saw NARCS! It was originally two crews merged together - RCA and UAC. RCA was me, Chase and Neon and UAC at that time was only Telly, Flee and Fluke.
When did you guys start using NARCS and who decided to use the name? Was it Telly? Can one of you let me know the 411?

Yea Telly did come up with the idea again...before we thought of puttin XTC J4F in this mix we had DC5 CMW BTB XMEN as people we wanted in the mix for NARCS...we decided not to...we also were deciding if we should use FEDS or NARCS....NARCS was what we thought would be a better name to use...it started again last sunday. So now its UAC XTC J4F

I gotta admit, that is f**king DOPE, the combination of three very talented crews.... so is it the strict combination of all the members, or just certain members...
