The 80's are a wierd time. You just came back and your correct people forget in this town. I dont remember you. But it doesnt mean you were not there. Before 2003 nobody mentioned me. Bombers are usally forgetten. Its the peicers and the peices that are remembered. I always wait to talk to others. I will talk with Trixster and there allot of knowleable people who can verify. One guy who wont is FINE 39. Not because he remembers but because he has the pictures. Heckle from XMEN has a huge data base. There are tons of old schoolers who have pictures that wont share. But if you got up you will be remember. Everyone last year was questioning Some 1. Was he real or a narco. He walks up to me last year at the Bario fest and im confronted by this 6.5 narco looking dude. "I read the whole site in one nite" But then I looked into his eye and I saw another little stoner kid that used to go to Seens house.

P.S. Reading the "Bomb the Suburbs" who gets the honorable mention of being the dumb one to bring a can to the writers meeting in Cabrini Green. SOMEUNO.

Ill be the first to ask?

Do you have any pictures?

IN THE 80'S YOU WERE ENCOURAGED TO GET UP MORE BY CATS LIKE SCARCE. IT WAS ALMOST LIKE YOU HATED HIM BECAUSE HE GOT UP SO MUCH. ALL THE OLD SCHOOL DUDES KNOW HOW IT WAS SO EASY FOR HIM TO GET INTO A YARD. NETWORKING SO TTO SPEAK. AT MOS 2006 SCARCE PASSED THROUGH. I WISH I COULDA SHOOK THAT DUDES HAND FOR MAKING THE VENTURE IN GRAFF FUN. FATE WAS ANOTHER GUY CATS HATED BECAUSE HE WOULD WRITE ON ANYTHING. BUT IT WAS ALL PART OF THE GAME. I REMEMBER SEEING FLASH AT THE BENCH ONE TIME. HE HADNT SEEN ME IN A LONG TIME. I HAD A COP SWEATSHIRT ON (A GIFT FROM MY MOM..R.I.P.) . HE THOUGHT I WAS 5 0. THEN HE TOLD ME ABOUT ANOTHER PERSON THAT WAS FOR REAL A COP WHO WROTE. WE ALL MOVED ON IN WAYS. BUT GRAFF WILL ALWAYS BE A PART OF OUR LIVES FOR SOME REASON. ANYWAYS...THIS IS THE HATER THREAD....I HATE PEAS IN MY SHRIMP FRIED RICE...THERE...REEM/MAD CREW

Haha flash snap..
Yeah respect for old school..

But, like flash said people r remebered by somthing..I didn't have to get on this forum to kno about trixter..flash..hate...sax ect.
People are remembered by word of mouth and personal expirences..

So since I've never heard or seen..
Some flicks would b helpfull..
Especially after the shameless self promotion..

Dnt hate..lol

EMAIL FROM FINE 39

"Yes I remember him. He put up Kayo, Kix and KO. He was up quite a bit on the Brown line with Okie and Scandal putting up TUC crew. He also hit quite a few sides on the Red line. I remember seeing him up a lot in our very active years around 1986-1988."

I definitely remember KIX. All the guys from the neighborhood used to walk over to Cal Pool which was on Irving and California right next to Mcfetridge skating ring. I remember the whole back part of and in between those buildings were always bombed by KIX as well as many others.......you would bomb each individual brick...hundreds of them.

Through out my Writing dayz (83-88) I was fortunate to meet so many cats from all parts of the city, race and color and I had the best days of my life being not only a Writer but a Bomber. I battled many cats the as myself are what Chicago's pioneering days unlike many I can say without a shame that not many had achieved this...

I am not here to bash nobody nor trow salt in old wounds but it History and infact this is my History.

From 1983 to 1988 under the Tag name KID KIX, KIX and KAYO I battled taggers like Curle, Hate, Quickster, Saxter and numerous others. One thing I always believed in was HIP HOP is competition and it takes battle to be the best, I am glad no one got hurt out of this but I was always threaten by these cats cause I guess I was Chicago's CAP.

I aint proud of being Chicago's CAP for I wasn't a Hater but I do get mad at the fact when my OLd Skool counterparts post stuff on this site or other places not mentioning me being part of Chicago's Old Skool dayz, it is a straight diss.

AS FLASH SAID. JUST BECAUSE YOU ARENT REMEMBERED DOESNT MEAN YOU WERENT THERE. I REMEMBER SEEING A KIX AROUND ST. GREGS. IF I DID MEET YOU KIX, IT WAS PROLLY THROUGH MITE WHO HUNG AROUND THAT AREA. MITE INTRODUCED ME TO THOSE CRAZY CATS LIKE OKIE, TELLY, FLEE AND MANY OTHERS FROM THAT SIDE. MAYBE FUSE, RAVE, PEST OR OTHER CATS WOULD REMEMBER MORE. ALL THOSE CATS DONT COME ON HERE. double hockey stick, THIS WEEKEND SEEING OLD SCHOOLERS WAS A TRIP. ANTI AND MANY MORE CATS. I'M GREYING, MARRIED AND GONNA BE 40 THIS WEEK. I'M LUCKY TO REMEMBER WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO BE DOING TODAY. BUT KIX, IF MY MEMORY SERVES ME CORRECTLY I DID SEE YOU UP AROUND BELMONT AND CLARK WAY BACK IN THE 80'S. NOT SAYING YOU DIDNT GET UP. BUT I WAS JUST CONCENTRATING TO GET MYSELF UP BACK THEN. WE HAD TO FIGHT FOR SPACES TO GET UP "IN DEM DAYS". ANYWAYS, OLD SCHOOL BEEFS HAVE DIED. WE ARE ALL 1 NOW AND ALL IS FORGOTTEN AND JOKED ABOUT. TO OLD TO HOLD GRUDGES. AS YOU SEE IN THE REST IN PEACE THREAD LIFE IS TO SHORT. NOW AS FAR AS BEING THE CAP OF CHICAGO, THEN THAT MADE YOU THE GUY THAT PPL LOVED TO HATE. IF YOU WENT OVER SOMEONE IT MADE THEM WANT TO BATTLE YOU MORE. IN THE END...WHAT HAPPENS? WE ALL BECOME ALLIES. PEACE BRO...MAD CREW
