IN EFFORT TO CONTROL KIDS BOMBING THE CTA SYSTEM THE TRANSIT ATHOURITY REACHED OUT TO THE GRAFF COMMUNITY WITH A SIMPLE REQUEST "STOP BOMBING OUR TRAIN AND BUS LINES AND WE WILL SUPPLY THE PAINT GIVE YOU PERMISSION WALLS AND A SCHOLARSHIP TO ART SCHOOL." These contest were design to take pictures of the writers and then prosecute the ones they had evidence on. Maybe one scholorship was given out but in the end we see what the program was really about.
